This role supports employee records management, HRIS data entry, employment verifications, onboarding, and recognition programs, ensuring accurate personnel records and smooth HR service delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.
• 1+ year HR experience or 2+ years admin/clerical experience.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reception area, answering, screening, and directing calls and visitors.
• Provide frontline HR policy information for employees.
• Coordinate HR conference room reservations and meeting minutes.
