Job summary

Daily's Premium Meats is seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department with day-to-day administrative tasks. You will assist with recruitment, employee records, onboarding, and safety/compliance while maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work with HR leadership. Bilingual English/Spanish.pref. Hours may include some nights and weekends as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and proactive work style.
• Ability to read and write reports and business correspondence.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
• High school graduate or equivalent with certificate preferred or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR under the direction of the HR Manager.
• Maintain hourly personnel files and benefits records.
• Process personnel changes in HRIS (promotions, salary changes, transfers, terminations).
• Assist with I-9 processing and reverifications.
• Support onboarding, attendance policy documentation, and safety initiatives.
• Assist Recruiter with interviewing, offers, and drug screens.
• Support payroll by reviewing timecards and verifications.
