Job summary

Stange Law Firm, PC is seeking a full-time Human Resources Professional to provide overall HR management and recruiting support. The role includes maintaining personnel files, assisting in employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, and training.

You will ensure compliance with COBRA, ADA, and FMLA and assist with interviewing applicants and managing the applicant tracking system. Ideal candidates have an HR degree or equivalent, HR specialization, and some HR/recruiting knowledge

Qualifications

• HR knowledge and recruiting experience preferred.
• Ability to assist with employee relations and compensation administration.
• Familiarity with HR laws (COBRA, ADA, FMLA) and firm policies.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR management and recruiting support.
• Maintains personnel files and assists in employee relations.
• Assists in compensation, benefits administration, and training.
• Ensures compliance with applicable HR laws and firm policies.
• Screens and interviews applicants for employment opportunities.
• Manages applicant tracking system and job postings.
