Stange Law Firm, PC is seeking a full-time Human Resources Professional to support HR management and recruiting, maintain personnel files, assist in employee relations and compensation programs, and ensure compliance with applicable HR laws.

You will help manage COBRA, ADA, and FMLA compliance, enforce firm policies, oversee applicant tracking, conduct interviews, and coordinate postings. This role emphasizes teamwork, benefits administration, and growth within a fast-growing family law firm.

Qualifications

• Human Resource Degree or the equivalent.
• Human Resource specialization or the equivalent.
• Some HR/recruiting knowledge and/or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall functional support in HR management and recruiting.
• Assists with managing and maintaining personnel files.
• Assists in managing employee relations.
• Assists in managing employee compensation, benefits administration, and organizational development and training.
• Ensures compliance with applicable HR laws including COBRA, ADA, and FMLA.
• Enforces and maintains Firm Policies & Procedures.
• Interviews applicants for employment opportunities (full-time and part-time).
• Manages Applicant Tracking System for applicants.
• Oversees posting and maintenance of open positions at Stange Law Firm.
• Provides recommendations and analysis regarding applicants, including background checks and references.
