• Create, maintain, and analyze timely HR analytics/metrics.
• Create and maintain ad hoc analytics requests.
• Develop new reporting platforms to convey results using allocated tools.
• Convert complex data into clear, presentation-ready formats for audiences at all levels.
• Assist HR in carrying out various HR programs and procedures.
