Job summary

MAI is seeking an HR Data Analyst in Independence, OH to drive data-led decisions across Human Resources. You will collect, clean, and analyze HR data, build reports and dashboards, and present insights to CHRO and HRBPs.

The role requires 2–4+ years in HR analytics, advanced Excel, and experience with Power BI or Tableau; ADP familiarity preferred. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, IT to improve processes and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business analytics, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years HR analytics, reporting, or data interpretation.
• Experience with HRIS reporting; ADP preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or Tableau experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect and maintain HR data from HRIS for payroll and talent processes.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and scorecards tracking headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, and demographics.
• Analyze workforce trends and translate data into actionable insights for HR leaders.
• Support workforce planning, engagement, retention, and compensation analysis.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT to deliver analytics solutions.
