Job summary

MAI Capital Management is seeking an HR Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making by collecting, validating, and reporting employee data. You will develop reports, dashboards, and insights to help the CHRO and HRBPs identify workforce trends, measure program impact, and drive improvements across HR programs.

The role requires strong Excel, experience with Power BI or Tableau, and familiarity with HRIS platforms (ADP preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or analytics.
• 2-4+ years HR analytics experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred).
• Advanced Excel; Power BI or Tableau; SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain HR data from HRIS for payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, learning, performance, engagement surveys, and other sources.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and scorecards tracking headcount, turnover, retention, hiring activity, time-to-fill, mobility, engagement, absenteeism, training completion, and demographics.
• Analyze workforce trends to identify patterns, risks, opportunities related to staffing, turnover, recruiting, experience, performance, compensation, learning, and effectiveness.
• Translate data into actionable insights for HR leaders, business partners, managers, and executives.
• Support strategic HR initiatives like workforce planning, talent management, engagement, retention strategies, and compensation reviews.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and others to define metrics, document requirements, and deliver analytics solutions.
• Improve HR reporting by streamlining processes, automating recurring tasks, and standardizing metrics.
