Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of professional HR experience.
• Experience as an HR Business Partner supporting an IT organization within government contracting.
• Experience aligning HR strategies with business goals and using data-driven metrics.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing HR teams.
• Experience partnering with key HR stakeholders (talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards).
• Comfort with AI-powered tools and strong written and verbal communication.
