Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an HRIS Reporting & Analytics Analyst to deliver accurate, timely HR reporting and dashboards across the organization. This role partners with HR Operations, HRIS/PSA, Talent Management, Compensation, Employee Relations, enterprise HR, and other key stakeholders to translate data into meaningful insights that support effective decision-making.

The analyst will maintain and enhance reporting within UKG (current state) while also supporting future HR technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years of HRIS reporting or analytics experience in a matrix environment.
• Experience building complex reports/dashboards in UKG, Workday, or Oracle.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau or similar analytics tools.
• High proficiency in Excel with pivot tables and formulas.
• Ability to translate data into insights for non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Experience juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver standard and ad-hoc HR reports.
• Build and support dashboards in UKG, Power BI, or future tools.
• Provide timely insights to HR leaders to guide decisions.
• Translate complex data into clear formats for stakeholders.
• Validate and consolidate data across HR systems and sources.
• Support data audits, cleanup, and data stewardship activities.
• Collaborate with HRIS and stakeholders on data integrity and upgrades.
• Assist with reporting during technology modernization initiatives.
