Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, HR, finance, or related field or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with Workday or similar HRIS/ERP systems.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or workforce analytics.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data insights.
• Experience building dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics using Workday and other tools.
• Track and analyze workforce metrics including headcount, turnover, retention, and hiring trends.
• Develop executive-level reporting and standardized reporting packages.
• Translate data into insights and recommendations for HR and business leaders.
• Support HR data governance, system optimization, and audit readiness initiatives.
