Job summary

City of Memphis is seeking an experienced support specialist to assist analytics and performance functions, including time and attendance systems. You will provide high-level customer service, handle moderately complex requests, and escalate when needed.

The role involves generating HR-related reports, coordinating with HRBPs and IT, and assisting in training delivery. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience with HR data analytics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting analytics, performance functions and HR systems.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with HR data analytics, reporting and project support.

Responsibilities

• Support analytics and performance functions including time and attendance.
• Provide high level customer service to research and resolve issues.
• Generate and format HR reports (accruals, seniority lists, employee lists) using spreadsheets.
• Coordinate responses with HR Business Partners and IT resources.
• Assist in delivering training and maintaining process documentation.
