Job summary

LHH in Nashville, TN is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our growing HR team. You will be the technical owner of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, reporting, and system optimization to support business objectives.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HRIS experience, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), and the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions. This is a permanent, direct-hire role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

3+ years of HRIS experience supporting HR systems and processes.
Strong technical aptitude with HRIS platforms.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) for reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support the HRIS platform with data integrity and functionality.
Serve as the primary HRIS contact for issues, enhancements, and process improvements.
Create, maintain, and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and ad hoc requests.
Configure updates, workflows, security roles, and integrations.
Partner with HR leadership to identify automation opportunities and improve processes.
Support HR programs including performance management, compensation, benefits, and open enrollment.
