Job summary

City of South Fulton is seeking an HR Analyst to provide analytical and operational support for the Human Resources Department. You will prepare HR reports, maintain position control, and assist with HR budgeting and system implementations.

You will work with Finance, Payroll, and department leaders to ensure accurate workforce data and compliant reporting across staffing, recruitment, and performance processes.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of HR experience.
• Experience creating reports using ERP, ADP, HRIS, and Excel reporting tools.
• Public sector or municipal HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare HR reports and dashboards to support staffing, compliance, and planning.
• Maintain position control, salary bands, and reporting structures.
• Support HR budget preparation and payroll data reporting.
• Develop and validate HR reports using ERP, ADP, HRIS, and Excel.
• Assist with workforce planning, recruitment analytics, and performance metrics.
• Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy in reporting.
