Job summary

MEMPHIS LIGHT GAS & WATER seeks an HRIS Analyst 2 to support administration, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS and related applications. You will partner with HR, IT, and leadership to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and regulatory compliance, while handling system configurations, audits, and UAT.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of progressive HRIS experience, with familiarity in Oracle EBS, Taleo, OBIA, and analytics tools

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of professional HRIS or HR operations systems experience.
• Experience with Oracle EBS, Taleo, OBIA or similar platforms and HR reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HRIS administration, maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Support data governance, audits, and compliance with regulations.
• Generate reports and analytics to support HR operations and leadership decisions.
• Provide training and end-user support for HRIS systems.
