Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in data analytics or BI.
• Two years of experience leading analytics staff.
• Strong Workday Reporting, Workday Prism Analytics, Excel and Power BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of data analytics, reporting, and dashboard strategies for HR.
• Manage analytic priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with leaders to define questions, requirements, metrics, and solutions.
• Develop and improve dashboards, scorecards, and executive data summaries.
• Establish data definitions, governance, QA, and best practices.
• Analyze complex data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Oversee data integrity, validation, and issue resolution with IT and owners.
• Serve as SME on analytics approaches, tools, and data interpretation.
• Lead projects on reporting automation and data feed enhancements.
• Prepare audit and compliance reporting; document outputs.
• Provide coaching and training to strengthen data literacy and usage.
