Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, CS, IT, data analytics, statistics, business analytics, or related field.
• Five years of data analytics and BI experience; two years leading analytics staff.
• Strong Workday Reporting, Workday Prism Analytics, Excel and Power BI experience.
• Healthcare/HR data familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of data analytics, reporting, and dashboard strategies for HR operations and workforce planning.
• Manage analytic priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to define business questions, reporting requirements, metrics, and analytics solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports for executives.
