Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information systems, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in an HR or data-intensive role with data modeling, data warehousing and reporting within a complex organization.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau and Power BI; ERP or HCM software to create reports and dashboards.
• Experience identifying data automation and process improvement opportunities and potential AI-assisted solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create dashboards and ad hoc reports using Tableau and Power BI to support HR and University initiatives.
• Combine data from multiple sources, validate accuracy, and develop clear, visual reporting of key metrics.
• Collaborate with HR and compliance staff to analyze and improve HR business processes; explore AI/automation opportunities.
• Train and support HR Centers of Excellence staff on data tools and reporting; ensure maintainability of reports.
