Employers Association of the NorthEast (EANE) seeks a Data Analyst – Digital Transformation to join our team and help bring people, data and technology together to elevate HR practices across compensation, payroll, HRIS, and analytics.

You will turn HR data into actionable insights, build dashboards, support HR technology, and explore AI and automation to make HR processes smarter and more scalable.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR analytics, compensation, payroll, HRIS, workforce analytics, consulting, or business process improvement; strong Excel and data skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage data entry, collection, cleansing, validation, organization, and data integrity.
• Turn HR data into insights through dashboards, reporting, compensation benchmarking, workforce analytics, and trend analysis.
• Support HR technology solutions, including HRIS, payroll and HCM implementations, testing, data migration, configuration, and optimization.
• Explore AI, automation and emerging technology to help EANE and members work smarter.
• Improve processes by identifying inefficiencies and helping design scalable, technology-enabled workflows.
• Support internal operations and administration by maintaining accurate information and developing documentation and tools.
• Support HR consulting and recruiting with analytics, tools, reporting, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Connect people and technology by translating HR/business needs into practical solutions.
