At the same time, you understand that innovation starts with strong execution. You’re willing to dig into the details, maintain accurate data, support administrative processes, document how work gets done, and follow through to make sure new ideas actually work in practice.
Ideally, you’ll bring experience in HR analytics, compensation, payroll, HRIS, workforce analytics, consulting, or business process improvement, along with strong Excel and data skills. Experience with HR technology, AI/automation, or system implementations is a plus.
