Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Director of HR Technology & Digital AI Transformation to lead the HR Technology COE and drive AI-enabled excellence across Workday, payroll, and analytics. This role partners with senior leaders to define strategy, govern data integrity, and deliver enterprise capabilities at scale.

You will shape operating models, governance, and advanced analytics to support a data-driven, globally consistent HR function, including emerging AI capabilities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, MIS, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, HRIS, HR Operations, Payroll, IT, or related enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in a matrixed/global environment.
• Ability to travel occasionally domestically and internationally.
• Proven experience leading enterprise technology operations strategy, governance, and large-scale transformations.
• Experience in a global manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy and governance for HR technology and data integrity across global operations.
• Lead HR technology programs spanning Workday, payroll, analytics, and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders to define roadmaps and enterprise capabilities.
• Drive process excellence and scale with standardized HR operations and controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to test and scale new capabilities.
