Job summary

Alliance North America is seeking an HRIS Analyst to transform workforce data into actionable information and improve HR processes across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Operations. The role is fully onsite and reports to the Director of Human Resources.

The ideal candidate will gather reporting requirements, analyze headcount and turnover, and build dashboards with Power BI. Strong Excel skills and cross-department collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR systems, HR analytics, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with data reconciliation and dashboard creation.
• Translate business questions into reporting requirements and explain results clearly.
• Experience gathering requirements, improving workflows, and troubleshooting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and deliver reports for HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, and more.
• Analyze headcount, turnover, recruiting, attendance, and other workforce data to identify trends.
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and visualizations for leadership.
• Combine data from HRIS, payroll, recruiting, and timekeeping sources with data validation.
• Document report logic, data sources, calculations, and distribution schedules.
