Job summary

Augusta Health is seeking an HR Analyst to support compensation quoting, job description maintenance, and PAF processing within the HRIS. This role ensures timely updates for new hires, promotions, and earnings code adjustments in coordination with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll.

You will analyze pay structures, ensure policy compliance, and provide data-driven insights to inform management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience required.
• 2+ years in HR roles supporting HR functions.
• Experience with HRIS or compensation programs.

Responsibilities

• Generate compensation quotes for job offers and maintain accurate job descriptions.
• Process personnel action forms (PAFs) within the HRIS and ensure timely updates.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, HRBP, and Payroll to ensure data integrity and compliance.
