Augusta Health in Fishersville, VA seeks an HR Analyst to support compensation, job descriptions, and personnel action forms in the HRIS. You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, HR Business Partners, and Payroll to ensure accurate updates for new hires, promotions, transfers, and earnings codes.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or related experience and 2+ years in HR roles; experience with HRIS or compensation programs is preferred.

• Experience with HRIS or compensation programs.

Responsabilités

• Generate compensation quotes for job offers.
• Maintain job descriptions and process PAFs in HRIS.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, HRBP, and Payroll to ensure data integrity.
