Augusta Health is seeking an HR Analyst to support compensation quoting, job description maintenance, and PAF processing within the HRIS. This role ensures timely updates for new hires, promotions, and earnings code adjustments in coordination with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll.
You will analyze pay structures, ensure policy compliance, and provide data-driven insights to inform management decisions.
The HR Analyst plays a key role in supporting HR operations by generating compensation quotes for job offers, managing job descriptions, and processing personnel action forms (PAFs) within the HRIS. This position ensures the accuracy and timeliness of updates related to new hires, promotions, transfers, certification pay, and earnings code adjustments. The HR Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional partners—including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, HR Business Partners, and Payroll to maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.
