Agape Care Group is seeking a data-driven HR Compensation Analyst to administer salary programs, conduct market benchmarking, and guide leadership with compensation insights. You will manage merit actions, ensure equity, and support performance review processes using HR systems.

You will collaborate across HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and leadership while upholding confidentiality and compliance. This role emphasizes analytical rigor and professional integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (required).
• Minimum of four years of experience in HR or compensation administration.
• Hands-on experience administering compensation programs, HR policies, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Administer salary programs, merit increases, and compensation actions for assigned divisions.
• Conduct position classification, FLSA designation, and job description development.
• Perform internal and external market benchmarking for competitive salary ranges.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze salary structures and compensation models.
• Provide compensation analytics, reporting, and insights to HR leaders.
• Design and support the performance review process with system workflows.
• Monitor compensation trends and regulatory requirements for compliance.
• Support improvements of compensation-related processes and systems.
