Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience supporting, configuring, and optimizing enterprise applications in healthcare or business.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to lead projects, provide training, and ensure IT policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary application expert for HR systems, handling configuration, upgrades, issues, and change requests.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional project teams to implement, upgrade, or optimize applications.
• Conduct workflow assessments, define system requirements, and recommend HR‑oriented enhancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for HR system configurations and support procedures.
• Provide advanced support, root cause analysis, and end-user training for system changes.
