Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business and five years of business experience with at least one year in HR.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered, including an Associate’s Degree with HR specialization and five years of related work.

Responsibilities

• Track workforce training and development.
• Maintain the training tracking system and analyze training needs.
• Track and report on acquisition certification status.
• Post, track, correct, and update the HR SharePoint site.
• Maintain awards program data and operations including postings and nominating packages.
• Manage HR personnel site databases and protect PII information.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and presentations for higher headquarters submissions.
• Maintain logs, records, archives and working files.
• Support staff correspondence and meetings with reports.
