Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business and five years of business experience with at least one year in HR.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered, including an Associate’s Degree with HR specialization and five years of related work.

Responsibilities

Track workforce training and development.
Maintain the training tracking system and analyze training needs.
Track and report on acquisition certification status.
Post, track, correct, and update the HR SharePoint site.
Maintain awards program data and operations including postings and nominating packages.
Manage HR personnel site databases and protect PII information.
Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and presentations for higher headquarters submissions.
Maintain logs, records, archives and working files.
Support staff correspondence and meetings with reports.
