Qualifications

• 18+ months of HR experience in staffing, pay administration, or employee relations.
• Experience analyzing complex HR issues and recommending solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using HR information systems and handling high-volume workloads; knowledge of staffing and labor relations is a plus.
