Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of human resources experience; OR
• Six years of full-time experience in any field; OR
• A bachelor’s degree.

• Classification and Compensation.
• Knowledge of State Civil Service (DSCS) Rules, State and Federal laws, SSD policies and procedures, and school system operations.
• Knowledge of the Louisiana Department of Education (LDOE) Bulletin 1491, 'Teacher Benefit Law', and Bulletin 746, 'LA Standards for State Certification of School Personnel'.
