Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. seeks a Principal Specialist, HR Change Management to lead enterprise HR transformation programs worldwide. You will shape change strategy, drive adoption, align stakeholders, and enable executives with clear communications and readiness activities.

You will oversee portfolio governance, empower managers with practical tools, and measure adoption to sustain new behaviors while leveraging AI-enabled approaches when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, organizational psychology, business, communications, technology, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in change management, HR transformation or related disciplines.
• Expertise in change strategy, sponsorship, stakeholder management, and adoption measurement.
• Experience in global, matrixed, multicultural environments with executive influence.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, and regional consultation requirements.
• Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise HR change strategy across Renesas-wide priorities.
• Direct change across portfolio including organization redesign and HR process modernization.
• Govern roadmaps, milestones, risks, and accountability from design to stabilization.
• Translate priorities into executive briefings, toolkits, and manager enablement resources.
• Align stakeholders across HR, Legal, Communications, Finance, and regions.
• Create accessible channels for employee information and support throughout the change journey.
• Use analytics to measure readiness and adoption, proving value and sustaining new behaviors.
• Build change capability through coaching, coaching communities, and external best practices.
