Responsibilities

• Own and manage integrated project plans for multi-year AI initiatives across HR.
• Oversee discovery, pilot, scale, and optimization phases for AI agents.
• Coordinate dependencies between HR SMEs, product owners, engineering, data, security, and vendors.
• Track benefits realization, milestones, risks, and interlocks on the roadmap.
• Establish program governance, reporting, and executive updates.
• Ensure delivery aligns with change readiness and operational adoption.
