Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, multiyear Agentic AI program within HR, coordinating cross-functional teams across People, Digital & Technology, Change Management and other stakeholders.

You will manage integrated plans for multiple workstreams such as HR Service Delivery, Manager Assistants, Knowledge, and Workforce Admin, guiding discovery, pilots, scale, and optimization.

• Coordinate discovery, pilot, scale, and optimization phases for AI agents and intelligent workflows.
• Coordinate dependencies between HR SMEs, product owners, engineering, data, security, and vendors.
• Track benefits realization, milestones, risks, and interlocks across a multi-year roadmap.
• Establish program governance, reporting, and executive-level updates.
• Ensure alignment between delivery, change readiness, and operational adoption.

About The Role:

This role ensures disciplined execution across multiple AI agent deployments while managing dependencies, risks, and value realization at scale.
