Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a data-driven professional to support responsible AI adoption within Human Resources. You’ll measure AI usage, business impact, and governance effectiveness, partnering with HR, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to translate data into executive insights.

You’ll develop dashboards, ROI analyses, and KPI scorecards, while coordinating governance reviews and documentation to ensure compliance and value realization across multiple AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, data analytics, information systems, HR, risk management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, program management, governance, risk management, strategy, analytics, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI, dashboards, or executive reporting experience.
• Experience with large data sets and tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Familiarity with AI governance, privacy, or compliance in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to measure AI adoption and impact.
• Analyze productivity gains, cost savings, and value of AI initiatives.
• Build business cases, ROI analyses, and executive scorecards.
• Coordinate AI governance, risk reviews, and documentation.
• Partner across HR, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Data Governance.
• Track milestones, risks, and action items across multiple AI programs.
• Identify trends to improve AI adoption, governance, and value realization.
• Support pilots and testing of new AI capabilities in HR.
