Job summary

IPL Schoeller is seeking an HR Administrator to support recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, benefits and HRIS across our North American operations. You will work with managers to meet staffing needs and handle HR inquiries, under guidance from HR professionals.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, process discipline, and collaboration with the Talent team to implement HR policies and improve employee experience in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an HR related field (advantage).
• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR and in a manufacturing setting.
• Working knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administrative tasks including recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
• administer employee benefits programs and respond to inquiries.
• Support performance management processes with the Talent team guidance.
• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct exit interviews and offboarding for departing employees.
• Support divisional HR projects and local well-being initiatives as directed.
