Job summary

ICES: Data, Discovery, Better Health seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits, performance management, training, and compliance.

They collaborate with the HR Director and department leaders to ensure processes are accurate and completed on time, while coordinating with the Safety Department on OSHA documentation and PPE tracking. This is a full-time on-site role in Orlando.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR experience or administrative support in a related role.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, training, and HR compliance.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements and workplace safety documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and new-hire documentation.
• Maintain confidential employee records and benefits administration.
