AirSep Corporation is seeking an HR Assistant to provide HR administrative support for the Global HR department and serve as the HR point of contact for employees at the Buffalo, NY facility. The role involves maintaining records, assisting with onboarding, benefits, safety compliance, and HR training in a regulated production environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating a manufacturing floor with PPE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of related HR experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS, timekeeping, and manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain HR records, I-9 documentation, and employee files.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation activities.
• Support employee recognition events and wellness initiatives.
• Assist with workers' compensation documentation and HR training.
• Support safety audits and PPE compliance on the plant floor.
• Process HR vendor invoices and assist benefits administration.
