Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1 year in an HR Generalist role.
• Hands-on experience supporting employee relations and performance management.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and day-to-day concerns.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain confidential employee records.
• Support employee changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Assist with leaves of absence (FMLA, disability, workers' comp) and HR reporting.
