Job summary

Stoughton Trailers, LLC is seeking an HR Administrator to act as the primary HR contact for plant employees and supervisors. You will support daily HR operations, answer questions on benefits and payroll in Kronos, and generate routine HR reports.

You will assist with hires and terminations, maintain personnel files, support recruiting and employee relations, and translate safety documents into Spanish as needed.

Qualifications

• Education as stated: BA in HR or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HR law including FMLA, EEOC, ADA and interviewing practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel; experience with HRIS systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first HR contact for employees, supervisors, and visitors.
• Assist day-to-day operations of the HR department.
• Answer questions regarding benefits, attendance, payroll changes in Kronos.
• Generate HR reports daily, weekly or monthly as needed.
• Process hires/terminations and wage changes in Kronos.
• Maintain I-9 documentation and process E-Verify.
• Assist recruiting teams in talent acquisition.
• Translate safety documents from English to Spanish.
