Job summary

Responsibilities include background checks, maintaining applicant tracking, and staying compliant with state and federal employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Recruit manufacturing hourly and skilled trades employees.
• Review applications and select candidates for interviews.
• Arrange and conduct interviews, perform reference checks.
• Conduct background checks as appropriate and extend offers to qualified applicants.
• Maintain applicant tracking and respond to status inquiries.
• Stay current with employment law and company policies.
• Support front desk coverage and New Employee Orientation as needed.
