STJ St. Joseph’s Hospital is seeking an HR Support Coordinator to help oversee unemployment claims, new employee and leader orientations, and HR program administration.

You will assist with Workday training, attendance tracking, and maintaining documentation in line with policies and regulations. The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to interact with employees at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• OR Associate’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field and two years of HR support experience.
• OR High School diploma and five years of HR support experience.

Responsabilités

• Support the processing and tracking unemployment claims.
• Coordinate and resolve inquiries for Employee Relations & HR Business Partner.Assist in scheduling organizational and training sessions in Workday and track attendance.
• Organize New Leader Orientation: schedule room, invites, lunch, materials, attendance in Workday.
• Update orientation materials for New Employee/Leader/Follow-up Orientation; facilitate trainings as needed.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance tasks (WV Cares, PA fingerprinting) and stay informed on labor law changes.
• Assist HR team with system initiatives and special projects; support investigatory interviews and routine inquiries.
