Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Experience in HR or administrative roles is advantageous, especially recruitment support.

Responsabilités

• Posting job advertisements on various platforms and internal systems.
• Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conducting reference checks and background verification for prospective employees.
• Preparing offer letters and employment contracts.

• Maintaining the ATS and employee records.
• Responding to candidate inquiries and updating application status.
