Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage payroll processing and HR administration for our client in Paarl, Western Cape. You will ensure accurate payroll, maintain employee records, and support onboarding and HR operations for local staff.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in HR or accounting, at least 3 years in HR admin with payroll, and proficiency in payroll software and HRIS. Excellent organizational skills and discretion are essential in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Bachelor's in HR, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HR admin experience with payroll focus.
• Proficient in payroll software and HRIS.
• Knowledge of SA payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with data integrity.
• Administer benefits enrollment and queries.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with HR policy implementation and communication.
