United Business Bank is seeking a People & Culture Administrative Intern to help organize employee records and support day-to-day HR operations onsite in Walnut Creek, CA. This hands-on role is ideal for a college junior, rising senior, or recent graduate looking to gain HR experience.

You will work with the People & Culture team to process documents, enter data into HRIS, and assist with the HRIS transition.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with high data accuracy.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
• Available for a 3- to 4-month internship.

Responsibilities

• Organize, scan, file, and audit employee documents and records.
• Enter, review, and update information in HR systems.
• Assist with HRIS transition and data migration.
• Track paperwork and follow up on missing information.
• Support the People & Culture team with admin projects.
