Job summary

Supportive Behavioral Resources, Inc. is seeking a college student majoring in Human Resources to support the HR office on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). You will help with daily HR tasks, data entry in BambooHR for new hires, and maintain employee records with strict confidentiality.

You will assist with recruitment and respond to inquiries while learning the organization’s HRIS and processes. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and show genuine

Qualifications

College student pursuing a degree in Human Resources.
Strong written and verbal communication ability.
Willingness to learn the HRIS system and office procedures.

Responsibilities

Provides administrative support to the HR team.
Enters data into BambooHR for new hires.
Maintains BambooHR information for employees (compliance, onboarding, documents).
Performs routine tasks to administer HR programs.
Assists with recruiting via applicant tracking system.
Supports HR inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, escalating complex matters.
Maintains confidentiality of employee records.
Collaborates with other departments to learn SBR's mission.
