Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain the IT infrastructure at the headquarters facility in Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on delivering a positive, consistent tech experience in meeting and event rooms for employees, clients, and visitors, with face-to-face support for HQ staff.

You will troubleshoot AV/IT issues, maintain conference room equipment, and coordinate with NAIT teams to keep software and hardware up to date. A strong customer service orientation is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience working with audio/ video/ communications technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meeting rooms for events and video conference sessions.
• Acts as HQ point of contact for IT support.
• Troubleshoots technology issues with visitor management system, AV equipment, and other HQ technology.
• Provides walk-up IT services for HQ employees and visitors.
• Assists with desk-side IT support at HQ as necessary.
• Administrator of Electronic Visitor Management System.
