Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots technical issues and responds to AV Service Desk tickets.
• Maintains conference room equipment and updates, coordinating with vendors or internal teams.
• Delivers face-to-face IT support to HQ employees and visitors.
• Provides walk-up IT services and desk-side support as needed.
• Manages Electronic Visitor Management System access and usage.
