Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Security clearance TS/SCI preferred; TS clearance required for site access.
• Certifications: Security+, Linux+ or RHCSA/RHCE/CISSP or equivalent.
• Location near customer site and willingness for on-site work.
• Experience with HW installation/repair including servers and storage.

Aufgaben

• Report daily and work on-site at the customer location.
• Monitor HPC systems and diagnose hardware/software issues.
• Perform daily hardware diagnostics and repairs.
• Manage service cases and maintain SLA adherence.
• Support on-call rotation and customer acceptance testing.
