Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Federal HPC Senior Project Manager to oversee large, cross-division projects for government accounts. This remote/teleworker role requires TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly and the ability to manage complex programs, budgets and stakeholder teams.

You will mentor staff, lead multi-region delivery, and drive strategic initiatives while ensuring program profitability and timely outcomes. Travel is occasional to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• First-level university degree; advanced degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience in project management or similar roles/businesses.
• PMP Certification and the ability to lead large, cross-division teams and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer project delivery across large, multi-region or global scopes.
• Oversee project financials including P&L and provide reliable forecasts.
• Lead cross-functional teams (>40 people) and mentor staff.
• Engage with executive client management; handle high-risk, complex contracts.
• Identify and develop new opportunities with clients and support early qualification.
