Tremco Construction Products Group seeks a Technical Sales Representative to drive revenue and margins in the Houston territory. You will secure, develop, and manage key accounts including architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, and end-users, while leveraging product knowledge to win opportunities.

You will own performance metrics, collaborate with senior staff for training, and use CRM tools to forecast and close deals. Requires travel and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management or related field; 2+ years construction/industry experience.
• Alternatively, High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years construction/industry experience.

Responsabilités

• Achieve or exceed sales goals within the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage key accounts including architects, designers, general contractors, distributors and end-users.
• Drive product specifications and project opportunities throughout the Houston territory.
• Prepare and deliver strategic territory plans with monthly forecasts.
• Deliver technical collateral, prospectus, and presentations to support the sales process.
