Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to manage the Houston territory. You will secure and grow key accounts, drive product specifications, and deliver technical collateral to support sales opportunities.

The role requires building trusted partnerships with architects, designers, general contractors, and distributors while meeting revenue and margin targets. You will travel within your territory and present strategic plans with monthly forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management or 5 years in construction industry.
• Two plus years of related construction or industry experience.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and customer service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Achieves or exceeds sales goals and expectations.
• Develops and manages new and existing accounts to grow Tremco CPG usage.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities in the territory.
• Prepares strategic business/territory plans with monthly forecasts.
• Delivers high quality technical collateral and presentations.
• Collaborates with senior staff for product knowledge training.
• Travel extensively within the Houston territory as required.
